Recreate ZywOo’s Greatest Plays

Esports / Activation page

Client: Team Vitality × Skin.Club

The activation page we built for a CS2 challenge on twenty-five of ZywOo’s iconic plays: a personal join link for every fan, across sixty servers.

The brief

This one needs saying before anything else: the challenge runs as a mod inside Counter-Strike 2, and that mod is not ours. What we built is the page around it — the activation. The part that takes a fan who just saw a clip and gets them onto a server with the challenge already running.

That sounds like the smaller job. It is the more fragile one. A fan arriving from a post either has Counter-Strike 2 installed or doesn’t, either knows their way around the console or doesn’t, and will give the whole thing about thirty seconds either way. So the page hands over a personal join link, says exactly where to paste it, and then gets out of the way — across sixty servers, twenty each in Europe, Asia and America, with a spectator queue for the times they’re all full.

Skin.Club sits inside the experience instead of in front of it: a premium case unlocked with a code you get by taking part. That is the shape we keep pointing at when a sponsor asks what an activation actually looks like — the brand as the reward, not the toll gate.

Twenty-five plays, six maps

Real moments from his career, grouped by the map they happened on — Dust II, Inferno, Mirage, Nuke, Overpass and Anubis. The four videos on the page are the shop window, not the contents.

Sixty servers, three regions

Twenty each across Europe, Asia and America, with a queue that holds spectators when the servers fill up and tells them in-game when a slot opens. A fan who turns up at the wrong moment waits instead of leaving.

Watch it, then do it

In-game, .r replays the real play and .v turns the caster on or off. You see precisely how he did it — and then the server hands it to you and stands back.

The build

25 plays, grouped across six maps
60 CS2 servers, three regions
5 projects with Team Vitality, over four years

These numbers describe the activation, not an audience. The challenge runs on the client’s own infrastructure, so there are no play figures we can honestly claim — and the mod itself isn’t ours. The page that gets fans into it is. Taking part needs the game installed and a little familiarity with it, which is exactly the constraint the page was built to survive.
